Piper is a 9‑month‑old Golden Retriever who is fighting for her life in the hospital right now. She was surrendered to GRRAND when her family believed she had a bowel obstruction and couldn’t afford the surgery… but once she arrived at our vet, we learned the heartbreaking truth: Piper has PARVO.
2026 has been incredibly tough wave after wave of sick puppies, emergency vet care, and mounting medical bills. Piper is one of several parvo pups we’re fighting for, and we desperately need help covering her treatment. Any donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference.
Piper won’t be ready for adoption until she’s fully recovered and no longer shedding the virus at least two weeks after she’s cleared to go home. We don’t know when that will be yet, but we do know she deserves every chance to survive.
